Transfer of the Nokia Siemens Networks GmbH & Co. KG, Center for Quality Engineering to SGS Germany GmbH

Nokia Siemens Networks GmbH & Co. KG (NSN) will transfer ownership of the Center for Quality Engineering, to SGS Germany GmbH as of June 1, 2008.

This transfer will affect all Contractual Relationships, which likewise will be transferred to SGS Germany GmbH as of June 1, 2008. With this transfer, SGS Germany GmbH shall assume all rights and obligations from NSN in connection with the Contractual Relationships. Upon this transfer, NSN is released from all its obligations arising out of the Contractual Relationships.

Through this transfer the Center for Quality Engineering will be able to extend its current service portfolio significantly. Beside the current portfolio of EMC, Product Safety, Telecom-Conformance Testing, Environmental Simulation and Reliability Assessments we will be able to offer the complete scope of SGS.
